FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 

  • ARE ONLINE-SESSIONS EFFECTIVE?
    The simple answer: YES! The effectiveness of RTT Sessions is not affected by whether they are held online or face-to-face which means they show comparable results. Most of my client testimonials & stories on my website are from clients who worked online with me. You can work with me from your favorite place, like your sofa or bed, anywhere in the world. You save travel time and costs and can rest & reflect right after your session. The only thing you need is a stable internet connection and earphones with a built-in microphone so we can both hear each other well. Many clients are able to relax even better in the comfort of their home, which is important for a successful session.
  • HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?
    For most clients permanent change can happen often within 1 to 3 sessions. Some clients may need more for more deeply rooted issues, as each person and situation is unique. You can also apply to work with me over a longer period of time if you want to transform multiple areas of your life.
  • WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK?
    I email you to schedule our next steps within 72 hours. STEP 1. INITIAL CALL Before our first RTT Session, we first have an in-depth 40 min initial consultation to map out what changes you desire to make in your life. Your RTT session will then be scheduled for another day. Your RTT Session will take 2 to 3 hours max. STEP 2. RTT SESSION On the day of your RTT Session I will guide you into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, where you can access deeply rooted memories and get to the root of your issue. Once we uncover these core causes, we use specific tools, so you can transform these negative memories and beliefs. You`ll feel very relaxed, but at the same time, you`ll have control over what happens during the session and you`ll remember what you experienced after. STEP 3. LISTENING TO YOUR PERSONAL RECORDING After the session, you will receive a personalized hypnosis recording with relaxing Binaural Beats that you will listen to daily for at least 21-30 days. Listening to the hypnosis recording is essential to reinforce the results from the session, dissolve limiting beliefs and anchor supportive ones. STEP 4. FOLLOW UP CALLS After the session, we will meet via Zoom in the following weeks to discuss and maximize the changes and results. You will also get more tips & mentoring from me to improve your results.
  • WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE TO BE HYPNOTISED? WILL I STILL BE IN CONTROL?
    Hypnosis is an important component of RTT Sessions to help you connect with your subconscious memories and allow for faster changes. Most clients experience hypnosis simply as a deeply relaxed state in which they dive into their own internal world. You are in control of what is happening the entire time and will remember everything experienced afterwards. I can't make you do anything you don't want to. It's essential for me to that you always feel comfortable and safe during our sessions.
  • WHAT IF I CAN’T BE HYPNOTISED?
    Everyone can enter a hypnotic state of relaxation. Every time before we fall asleep we are in a very similar state, so your body already knows this feeling. In our session I simply help you to enter this state consciously. If you wish, I can also provide you with a relaxation audio to help you prepare for your first session with me.
  • WHAT IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY?
    Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a multiaward-winning method that combines the most effective techniques from hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro linguistic programming), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), and psychotherapy. RTT was developed by the world famous hypnotherapist Marisa Peer as a result of her 30+ years of experience with her clients. Unlike other methods, which mainly focus on the issue or challenge, RTT helps the client discover the origin of the beliefs and behaviors that have led to their issue. Breakthroughs are achieved by understanding the root cause rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT® has such a significant impact; it addresses issues from the core for life-changing benefits.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IN AN RTT-SESSION?

  • WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
    Any information you share with me during sessions or in other conversations is strictly confidential and will not be shared by me with others in accordance with professional ethics. Exceptions to confidentiality are client testimonials or client stories, which may be published after consultation and with the client's permission.
  • WHEN WILL I BEGIN TO NOTICE CHANGES?
    There are typically 3 types of change in Rapid Transformational Therapy. Remember, we all change differently. 1. Immediate: You feel a massive change right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behavior during and immediately after the session. 2. Cumulative: You notice consistent changes every day or over time. 3. Retrospective: You don't notice the changes immediately because they feel like the new normal. One day you look back and see all the things that have changed in your life. For RTT to have its full effect, it is important that you listen to a personal recording every day for at least 21-30 days.
